The Path

A Personal Development Programme for those in and advising family businesses

Why The Path?

Working in a family business brings emotional depth and complexity that can’t be solved by strategy alone. Beneath the surface of roles and decisions lie personal expectations, deep loyalties, and unspoken assumptions.

The Path helps you strengthen your inner foundations so you can show up with more calm, confidence and clarity, whatever challenge you’re facing.

What Challenges Does
The Path Help With?

What Will You Gain?

“The Path doesn’t just help you get through the day—it helps you grow into the person your family and business need you to be.”
